Returns and Exchanges
Online Return/Exchange Policy-
We are happy to accept returns/exchanges for online/in store credit on any full price, unworn/unused merchandise within 21 days of receipt of your online purchase.
Returns must be postmarked within 21 days from the receipt of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and include all original tags and packaging. After 21 days, all sales are final.
Additionally, all sale merchandise, swimwear/lingerie, fragrances, and books are final sale, with the exception of Thomas Sires (branded) clothing. TS clothing can be exchanged within 7 days for a different size, if the size is available, otherwise it is also a final sale.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable carrier, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
After 21 days, all sales are FINAL. Thank you for understanding.
Online Return/Exchange Procedure-
1. Before sending your return/exchange package, you must request and receive an approved Return Authorization number (RA#) from Thomas Sires.
2. Please email Returns@Thomassires.com for an RA# request form.
3. Once you have received the RA form please list the items and reasons for the return request. Also, please indicate if you would like the exchange the item for a different size or for store credit.
4. Your RA# will be emailed to you once we process your request. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. All RA requests must be made online. No RA’s are available via telephone, fax, or mail.
3. Please print your confirmation email and include it with your return shipment. For international shipments, please email Returns@thomassires.com with your tracking number.
4. Please ship your return in its original packaging with all appropriate tags/packaging. Jewelry must be returned in original packaging. Please write your RA# very visibly on the outside of the package.

Returns will not be accepted without an approved RA# from Thomas Sires.
We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow 21 days from your return ship date for your return to be fully processed. We will notify you via email with your online/in store credit information. This credit does not expire.
In Store Return Policy-
We happily accept returns/exchanges or store credit on any full price, unworn/unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your in store purchase. Please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt.
No refunds. No price adjustments.
All sale merchandise, swimwear/lingerie, fragrances, and books are final sale. After 14 days, all sales are FINAL.
